Full recipe:
Ingredients:
-
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
-
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
-
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
-
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
4 tablespoons butter, melted
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
-
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
-
In a bowl, toss the steak cubes, bell peppers, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
-
Thread the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
-
Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
-
While the kabobs are grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
-
Once the kabobs are done, drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the steak and vegetables. Serve immediately.
